What are your lesson timings?
Our lessons are available at flexible times, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings, depending on instructor availability.
Do I need to pay for all lessons in advance?
Payment in advance is only required if you are purchasing a block of lessons.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours (two working days) before the scheduled lesson. Failure to do so will result in the full lesson fee being charged.
Can I use my own vehicle for lessons?
Yes, you can use your own vehicle for lessons if you have a full driving license, but our instructors are not responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle during the lesson.
What happens if my instructor cancels a lesson?
If your instructor cancels a lesson, they will reschedule it without any additional fees.
Do you offer lessons in automatic and manual cars?
Yes, we provide lessons in both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available for unused lessons if you notify us at least 48 hours before the lesson, minus an administration surcharge of £50. Refunds are processed within 5 working days.
What happens if I fail to meet the eye test requirements?
You must meet the minimum eye test requirements to proceed with lessons. Glasses or contact lenses must be worn if needed.
