• Payments must be paid in advance. All booked lessons need to be paid at the time of making the booking.
• If the pupil fails to give the instructor a minimum of two working days (48 hours) notice before cancelling any lesson/test, the pupil shall be liable for the lesson/test fee.
• All offers are subject to change without any notice.
• Candidate on tests/driving lessons are responsible for any damage they cause to the learner vehicle or other vehicles (third party), which is not covered by insurance (minimum excess apply).
• We ask all students to give us full 48 hours' notice (two working days) before cancelling any lesson by calling 07412941434 or 07400835394. This cannot be done via text, email, or any other multimedia messaging.
• You must hold a current, valid driving license (Provisional, Full, or International) and show the instructor on the first lesson. You must be fit to drive with legal and medical requirements (legally responsible to advise the instructor) and not drive under any undue stress.
• All credited driving lessons or courses must be used within six months, unless advised otherwise. Refund policy: any money paid for courses will revert to the nearest course after deducting hours taken and an administrative surcharge of £50. Allow up to 5 working days for any refund.
• All lessons will start and finish at the same location unless agreed in advance. Your instructor will decide a location suitable to your needs and ability.
• Your instructor reserves the right to refuse the use of the vehicle for driving tests if you are considered a risk to the general public or if the vehicle is deemed unroadworthy.
• You must meet minimum eye test requirements (read a UK-approved number plate at a distance of 20.5 meters). If glasses or contact lenses are needed, they must be worn whenever you drive.
• You must notify your instructor of any changes in your health or entitlement to take driving lessons (e.g., Provisional License revoked by DVLA).
• Your instructor will always endeavor to arrive on time; however, unforeseen circumstances such as breakdowns, accidents, or traffic may necessitate rescheduling or canceling. If the instructor cancels, no fee will be charged.
• Instructors will confirm your booking with a text message/appointment card. You must respond to confirm the booking. Bank account details for payment will also be provided in the confirmation message.
• Cancellation of lessons: If you or your instructor wish to cancel a lesson, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. If your instructor cancels without notice, they will reschedule. Failure to give 48 hours' notice of cancellation by you will result in full charges for the lesson.
• When using your own vehicle for lessons, the instructor will not be responsible for any damage caused. The driver (learner) is liable for all penalties incurred during the lesson, whether in their own or the instructor's vehicle.
